This publication aims to highlight unique assets, challenges, and needs impacting Pasifika populations. The content will include preventive services interventions that have improved access for Pasifika populations who utilize Community Health Centers (CHCs). The lessons, resources, and recommendations in this publication are focused on Pasifika populations living on the continental U.S.

Healthcare workforce including providers, physicians, nurses, care coordinators, patient navigators, community health workers, pharmacists, and other staff who work directly with Pasifika patients.
